Ages Teen-Adult  -  The ancient practice of meditation is widely recognized as a way to connect with our inner wellspring of wisdom and joy.  Mindfulness meditation techniques, pranayama (yogic breathing exercises, and the philosophy of meditation will be taught and practiced.  Meditation instructor, Julia Robling Griest, has been studying and practicing meditation for more than thirty-five years, and it is with great joy, that she shares the practice of this ancient and potent discipline.  In Session II, continue to deepen your practice of meditation, while reading and discussing "The Miracle of Mindfulness" by Thich Nhat Hanh.     *No class 11/27    *Pre-requisite is completion of Session I
