Learn from 2 highly qualified, professional triathlon coaches. You don't swim, bike or run for the first time on race day and your transitions shouldn't be treated any differently. Proper technique combined with a little practice makes for a smooth & efficient transition. Triathlons generally have 2 transitions. We consider this FREE time. Your goal is to spend the least amount of time in transition, but most triathletes never practice nor know the best ways to cut down their times.
Get in and get out T1 & T2! We will discuss the in's and out's of transition, teaching athletes the best ways to have the quickest times possible and answer any questions. We will then spend time practicing and rehearsing to ensure you're ready to rock on race day. Even if you don't care about your transition times this clinic should NOT be missed. Think of it this way... if you cut your transition time by 3 minutes, you could run 1 minute per mile slower over a 5k and still finish at the same time. Please arrive a little early so you are ready to roll promptly at 7pm.
