Join us for fun, injury-free group runs! Make new friends, and get in shape while having more fun than you thought possible! We are targeting the Historic Marine Corps Half on 5/17/2015. Our program Kick-off will be on 1/28, @ 7pm at Lucky Foot Willow Lawn store in Richmond: get info about the training schedule, meet the coaches, and talk about the training regimen, plus some incentives to make the training season a blast. Our first run will be 1/31 from the same Lucky Foot location @ 8am.

Alumni Member Half Marathon Training - $75
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
