The nutrition review is your final project before obtaining your certificate. Students will complete a nutrition-related project and be evaluated by the instructor. Prerequisites: Successful completion of Basic Nutrition and Food Science, three core courses and at least three elective courses. Students must submit the graduation application and a separate $75 application fee prior to enrolling in this class. All prerequisites must be completed prior to the class date. Please note that it is not permissible for persons other than those officially registered to attend this class. Substitutions without the prior approval and processing of SPCS are not permitted.
