Chef Stephanie provides hands-on learning and in-depth knowledge to young, aspiring chefs. In this class, she will present creative ways to use fresh fruits and vegetables from your garden or local farmers' market. This course will combine hands-on participation with instructor demonstration. Fruits and vegetables on the menu include asparagus, zucchini, strawberries and blueberries. Ages 5 and up. Note: class fee is a per-person charge and children must be accompanied by a paying, participating adult. Menu: Crepes and Galettes with Seasonal Fruits and Veggies and Ratatouille-Stuffed Grilled Zucchini with Grilled Halloumi.
