NEW! Come and explore a more advanced version of our food and wine pairing classes, focusing on four varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Sangiovese and Pinot Noir. Learn how to pair these wines flawlessly with a range of dishes. Some of the combinations will certainly surprise and delight you. A portion of the instructor's fee is donated to the ARC's Ladybug Fund, which provides funding to families of children with special needs. Fairly substantial hors d'oeuvres will be served.
Please note that it is not permissible for persons other than those officially registered to attend this class. Substitutions without the prior approval and processing of SPCS are not permitted.
