Reno Running and Fitness Summer 2012 Half Marathon Training Program

This is a 13 week training program(Monday, July 2- Sunday, September 30) that is perfect for training for a fall half marathon. The runs will increase between 3 -11 miles. This program includes a personalized training schedule, expert presenters, a performance wear shirt, 2 group runs per week, kickoff party, and post event party. This is a supportive, social, and fun training program for a variety of different paces.
