Reno Running and Fitness Summer 2013 Ultra Marathon Training Program

About This Activity

The Reno Running and Fitness Ultra-running session, coached by Brandon Dey, JB and Jennifer Benna, will consist of 16 weeks (April 1, 2013 to July 20, 2013) of training with guidance and support from the coaches and pacers.

All registered runners will submit an information form that will include a running history, race experience and goals. Coaches will consider each runner s goals, the program and a personal schedule. Coaches will recap races, discuss completed training and adjust the runner s training schedule accordingly. Site Coach Brandon Dey will be available at most of the informal Thurs & Sun trail runs.Phone consultations are optional (at a nominal fee, determined by, and paid directly to the coach).
