This is a 4 week training program that includes a training schedule and 3 group runs per week, including double runs on Saturday.This training program is perfect for keeping in shape after a spring training session until summer session begins or to train for a relay race called the Reno Tahoe Odyssey.This is a social running program that assists individuals who want to train for a relay event. This is a supportive, social, and fun training program for a variety of different paces. This program runs 4 weeks: Tuesday, May 07, 2013 -Tuesday, May 28, 2013. This includes 4 Tuesday runs and 6 Saturday runs (double runs on Saturdays).
