Reno Running and Fitness in conjunction with Sierra Strength and Speed will be offering an 8 week core strength and cross training session (Wed. July 25 - Wed. Sept 12) that will focus on improving strength,motion,stability and core strength. It will improve your flexibility, agility, strength and reach the goal that you are striving for. This program is appropriate for runners at any level.
The 8 week session will meet at 6:00 p.m. at Sierra Strength and Speed located at 3750 Barron Way. The class will focus on strength training for injury prevention,linear activities, cross training, movement preparation, mobility/flexibility/stability and core strength. This class is perfect for individuals who want to increase their strength, but do not feel like they may be ready for speedwork training. This class is designed for all levels of runners, from beginners to advanced.
