Experience the vibrance and richness of Thai cuisine with local cookbookauthor VC Tang who has facilitated Thai cultural events for over 20 years.The course includes favorites such as Pad Thai and Tom Yum – andintroduces students to lesser-known dishes that are staples in the Thaihome. Curries and pastes pounded from scratch when possible.
