This is an ALL Levels Boot Camp on the Beach that is designed to support the health and well being of the community. It's designed to create a fun and encouraging environment that supports the beginner while also pushing the advanced athlete. The workouts are short, high-intensity movements structured by rotating stations to get an overall body workout that you can take at your pace. There will also be a Post Recovery Social immediately following the workout.
