Fitness: Yoga - December Session

About This Activity

Have you ever tried yoga before? Have you had the desire to try yoga but couldn't seem to fit it in your schedule? Well, this once a week for six weeks class could be for you. Achieve strength, stamina and flexibility while feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and at peace by the conclusion of each class. In today's world, taking some time for yourself is even more important. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace with no prior experience necessary. Bring a mat and water bottle and wear loose fitting clothing. This could be a great class to take with a friend or your spouse. Women and men welcome. Pre-registration is required at Ravenna Parks and Recreation office.  If you want to try the class to see if it is for you stop by and pay the drop in fee of $8.00 to the instructor and sign a waiver.
