About This Activity

This class is an excellent exercise with profound results! This two day a week four-week class will strengthen your abdominal muscles, increase your flexibility and improve your overall muscle tone and posture. It is important to maintain a consistent attendance in the classes to receive maximum benefits. Light weights are provided. Participants should bring a mat and water bottle. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Pre-registration is required.  If you want to try the class to see if it's for you stop by and pay the drop in fee of $8.00 to the instructor and sign a waiver.
