What's Included

Love being outdoors? This camp offers a true field experience for your scientist by learning the tools and techniques scientists use to collect data about the world around us. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in the Dragonfly Detectives project, a Museum citizen science program that aims to get kids outside collecting data for real scientific research. Dragonfly Detectives help Museum researchers learn more about the impact of weather on dragonfly flight behaviors, but also learn about animal migrations, water quality, aquatic insects, and many other topics.
