What's Included

Join this new 6 - week program with Bo May that will focus on the following strength and conditioning details. Ideal for students beginning athletics or honing in on their athleticism. SPEED - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork EXPLOSIVE POWER - Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques STRENGTH - Functional Approach, Thorough Instruction, Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core CONDITIONING - Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes. FLEXIBILITY - Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Various Forms of Stretching, Muscle Activation INJURY REDUCTION - Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization NUTRITION EDUCATION - Lessons, Tips and Advice Bo is a former college athlete and coach who now works at a private training facility in Raleigh, NC. He is also coaching the defensive side of the ball with the St. David's Varsity Football team. He strives to help young athletes improve their performance off the field to help them reduce their chances of injury and to improve their performance on their field.
