What's Included

Write an outstanding college admissions essay that sets you apart! Following a workshop format, we will examine the five essay prompts of the common application essay and brainstorm, draft, and revise an essay based on the prompt you choose of the five. You will work on discovering and focusing on an experience or issue that best illustrates your character or values. We will also use model essay to see how others have addressed these prompts. The goal of the class is to emerge with a strong, revised essay for your college application packet. Students should bring a laptop.
