Prairie Summer Programs

The summer of 2016 is fast approaching and it’s not too soon to start making plans! Our offerings continue a long tradition of excellence, enrichment and fun. We are pleased to offer several of our new classes and camps along with previous summer favorites. Regardless of your interests or age, The Prairie School’s 2016 Summer Program has something for you!

Hawks Haven Day Camp (K4-8)

Our daylong day camp is broken into three divisions including Nest (K4 & K5), Primary (Gr. 1-4) and Middle (Gr. 5-8). Camps incorporate all-day enrichment as well as instruction and supervised play appropriate for each age group. Off-campus experiences for our Primary and Middle divisions remain an integral part of the Hawks Haven program; the Nest enjoys special events and activities brought to campus especially for them!

Summer Workshops (K-12)

Our one, two-hour or half-day specialty workshops appeal to every kind of camper and student. From academic enrichment courses including math, writing and reading to art, theatre, robotics, and both vocal and instrumental music, campers will walk away with a memorable and enriching experience.

Sports Camps (K-12)

Summer sport camp offerings include tennis, soccer, volleyball, running, archery, golf and basketball. Camps are designed to teach basic skills to the youngest athletes as well as build and improve upon skills for the oldest and most experienced athletes.

Our instructors are drawn from the School’s quality teaching staff, as well as community educators who bring a tremendous amount of experience, enthusiasm and love for teaching. Through a myriad of opportunities, campers will learn, play, discover, stretch their minds, and grow.

All registration must be completed through our safe and secure website at: www.prairieschool.info/summer. Please watch for early bird and sibling discounts. We look forward to providing campers and families a wonderful summer experience!
