What's Included

At NYCUP, we believe that the only true justice is God's Justice. So what does God's response to sin, evil and brokenness look like? It looks like the Jesus on the Cross. Full acceptance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ leads us to be Christian or Christ-like people. Being Christian includes sacrificial, radical love out of the abundant grace that we have been afforded on the Cross of Calvary in spite of our sin as individuals and as group before God. Only when we have grappled with our sin, can we begin to grasp God's radical love for us, His unmerited favor towards us and have the power to live justly in this world. All are welcome for this teaching! Join InterVarsity's NYCUP Director, Jonathan Walton for this last talk of our first Logoff Weekend. PLEASE NOTE: the location is New Life Fellowship at 82-10 Queens Blvd. Elmhurst NY.

About This Organizer

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is an evangelical campus mission serving students and faculty on college and university campuses nationwide.

Our vision is to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed.

InterVarsity's Urban Projects are ministry experiences that take place in major cities across the United States each year. For a weekend, a week, a summer, we ask you to step into the lives of those living in poverty in cities and towns, to learn their stories, to see the faces behind the social issues being debated in our nation.
