Come join BYU Swimming Head Coach John Brooks and the BYU coaching staff for the Swimming Sprint Clinic. This clinic has a low participant cap which allows for significant individual attention and feedback for each camper. The main focus of the sprint clinic will be on improving starts, turns and finish of the sprinting races and the back to breast IM turns. We will also be teaching methods of resistance training sets and reaction drills to improve on your sprinting. The clinic also provides video analysis to allow for visual feedback. The first day goes from 10 AM - 2 PM with a lunch break scheduled from Noon - 1 PM. The second day begins at 10 AM and concludes at noon. There is no lunch and no afternoon session on the second day. This is not an overnight camp.
