About This Activity

A beginner's level workout.  The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, and muscle tone. The workout is a combination of aerobic, flexibility, and resistance training, all done in a fun-filled environment. Each move offers alternate posistions to increase or decrease the intensity. It's an entertaining way to achieve and sustain a healthy lifestyle for someone new to fitness. Each class starts with an easy, quick warm-up then moves into basic fitness exercises followed by a quiet stretch and cool down designed for beginner fitness levels.
