Develop your wrestling game and learn how to fight at close quarters. Wrestlers grouped by age, skill, and experience will learn the basics, practice moves, analyze wrestling film, and fight for the top spot in takedown competitions and live wrestling. Wrestlers will put new moves and strategies to work in technique sessions and try them out later in all-out live wrestling. This camp is for wrestlers of ALL skill levels! Exceptions for younger and older wrestlers can be made depending on age and weight class. Throughout the week, campers are paired up to drill takedowns and work on different moves. For the best results from this camp, wrestlers should try to sign up with a friend or classmate of comparable weight and skill level, to partner up with.
