What's Included

This introductory camp will encourage your childâs natural curiosity for living things, giving special attention to the small, buzzing, slithering creatures that are so important to the park! Learn how slugs keep the forest clean and how bees talk to each other. Campers will find slugs and snails on the trails, discover what lives under fallen logs and observe insects buzzing around the meadow. Campers will use their senses while exploring the forest in small groups that foster one-on-one attention and flexibility. Activities include hiking, stories, sensory explorations, songs, games and crafts.
