Even if you've never swum in a lake, ridden a bike more than a few miles, or even run a mile, you can train to complete a triathlon this summer – including the Danskin Women's Triathlon and Pleasant Prairie Triathlon and Junior Triathlons, all held in Pleasant Prairie. This clinic will teach you what you need to know to get started.
USA Triathlon Coach Ken Johnson, Triathlon Coach at the RecPlex since 2004.
