Swim, Bike, Run! Learn how to train for a triathlon with basic to intermediate swimming, cycling and running techniques. Includes information on bike safety and maintenance, transition training and nutrition. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle with face in the water.
Please bring the following items to class each day:
- Spare tube for bike
- Water bottle
- Swim suit
- Goggles, swim cap
- Cycle clothing (shorts, jersey, gloves, socks, etc.)
- Run clothing (running shoes, running shorts, quick wick shirt, etc.)
- Notepad, pen/pencil
Camp registration includes entry in Family Fun Triathlon on April 21.
