Learn how to coodinate your mind, body and breath using two of the national treasures of China; Tai Chi and Chi Kung.  These beautiful patterns of movements were designed to enhance the very essence of your being.  The unique energy system and philosophy represented by the Yin/Yang can easily be incorporated into your daily life and can be a spring board into the deeper realms of your higher self.  This class is fun, non-competitive, and self rewardng.  Loose clothing is best to wear.
