About This Activity

Designed to tone muscles, build strength, and increase bone density. Especially important for seniors to help keep fit and active.  Low impact exercises.

Open to Plainsboro residents. Limited space for non-resident members of the Plainsboro Senior Citizen Club for $25.00.

Participants are only eligible to register for one of the Senior Strength Training classes, see also the 10:45 am to 11:45 pm class listing.
