This is an indoor running fundamentals workshop. We will focus on the four key fundamentals of running: foam rolling, lateral strength to prevent injury, and gait and form analysis.
Our lead coaches are all nationally certified in their specific disciplines: US Masters Swim, USA Triathlon, USA Track and Field, USA Cycling and various nationally accredited Personal Training certifications. All are college educated and most have their masters degrees.
