Kids' Fitness Frenzy

About This Activity

Forty five minutes of fantastic fun activities to enhance your child's coordination, strength, agility, balance, endurance and gross motor skills. Sample equipment to be used includes exercise bands, agility ladder, jump ropes, exercise balls, Bosu trainers, mini hurdles, and aerobic steps. Activities will be done individually, with partners, in small groups and as an entire class. Taught by Kathy Pattak, an elementary physical education teacher for over 37 years. Classes will be held at Locke's Personal Fitness, 88 Fort Couch Rd. (across from DeLallo's).
