Occurs every week on Tuesday effective 10/29/13 until 12/17/13 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

This 60 minute class is geared to the specific needs of individuals 65 years of age and older. Instructor, Kristie Abt, PhD, Health Fitness Specialist's class will guide participants as they improve upon cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, balance, agility, coordination, reaction time and flexibility through a circuit style exercise class set to music. Resistance bands and hand weights will be used to improve muscular fitness and chairs will be used to offer support when needed. The goal of the class is to improve overall health and the ability to carry out activities of daily living all while having fun!Classes will be held at Locke's Personal Fitness, 88 Fort Couch Rd, (across from DeLallo's) NO CLASS ON NOVEMBER 26.
