A 45 minute fitness class that targets every muscle group. Tone and sculpt your body doing a combination of core training polymerics, stretching, cardio, circuit training and abdominal tecniques that will leave you feeling great. This coed class is for all levels. *Required: Two 3 lb. dumbbells, a mat, water bottle, and towel.
