Beginning/introduction to basketball with emphasis on general rules and strategies of the game This course is designed for children 9-11 yrs of age. They will be instructed on the basic skills required to participate in a structured league. i.e. Rules, skills, strategies, team building and fundamentals as well as improving individual ability." This is a fun class introducing tots to the art of karate. A very basic class for the wee ones. Tots need to be potty trained and be at least 3 years of age on the date the class begins." Relax, Renew and Restore balance, strength, flexibility and energy. This is a great class for a beginning yoga student. Helps relieve the effects of stress. Enhances our feeling of well-being and supports an environment for total relaxation." Yoga to the Rescue is for those with little or no yoga experience or those wanting to deepen thier yoga practice. This class uses poses that both stretch and strengthen the body. All classes include breath work, relaxation, and meditation to create a better awareness of the body.
