This low impact, slow motion form of Martial Arts combines mental focus with deliberate graceful movements. Enjoy this ancient Chinese exercise to develop health and well-being of body and mind. Slow, gentle movements help promote relaxation, concentration, balance and stamina. In this beginning class, students will learn the first set of yang style long form which consists of 13 movements. Beneficial for all ages.
