What's Included

The First Lego League (FLL) is an international, competition-based program with more than 25,000 teams in over 80 countries. This club is designed to follow the structure of FLL, led by TPS teacher Matt Murray! Participants will form a FLL team and learn to think like scientists, computer programmers, and engineers as they work with Lego robotics. Club members will construct functional robots whose movement is controlled by programming pathways for a complex challenge board. As they work on projects and conduct research, participants will become gracious professionals and learn that, with precision and persistence, anything is possible. Participants will also be encouraged to attend Saturday scrimmages and competitions in anticipation of official entry into the 2016-17 FLL Tournament.
