Every culture boasts a special kind of bread whether the French baguette or the Persian pita. Participants in this flour-filled club will love kneading their way around the world as they prepare such possible delights as pão de queijo (cheese bread) from Brazil, naan from India, pretzels from Germany, injera from Ethiopia, pumpkin bread from the Basque Region, challah from Israel, pan de muertos from Mexico, and even good ol' American corn bread! Join GFS's own head chef Steve Baumann in learning about different cultures through the breads! ASPire coverage, including a snack, from 3:10-3:30 p.m. is included in the cost of the club. Please note: GFS is closed on Wednesday, October 12 and Wednesday, November 23, so there will no club on those days and the final club session will take place on Wednesday, December 7.
