Practicing yoga during your pregnancy is a great and safe way to strengthen your body. We will focus on poses to build stamina, breathing techniques to calm the mind, and nurture the mind body spirit connection between you and your baby. Practicing with other moms is a wonderful way to build community and share experiences. This class will help to prepare you for labor, delivery and beyond.
