Chip Timing and Tech T's in both Male and female sizes.
The swim is 1/2 mile open water, in a clean lake (avg. temp 72 degrees), wet suits permitted.
The bike is 9 1/2 miles, suitable for race or street bikes. Rolling terrain with 1 moderate hill. Helmets required, no exceptions.
The run is 3 1/2 miles with aid stations every mile. rolling hills. No Walkmans or IPods.
Individual registration is by age or by weight: Athena (Wm. >150)., Clydesdale (M. > 200). Age cataagories: M/F: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
Team registration is Male, Female or Co-Ed.
Post race party includes great food and beverages, awards, music and door prizes! No alcohol in the park.

Fee includes: Chip timing, Tech T shirt, swim cap, goody bag, generous food and drink.
Individual awards for top 3 in all catagories. Team awards: M/F and Co-ed, no age categories

Race day registration: 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. Fees day of race: $50 Individual and $75 Team
An optional pre-race overview will be provided Friday night (6/8/12) at 7:00 P.M. It is strongly recommended for first time participants. Meet at the main beach area.
All pre-registrants are eligble to pick up their registration packets and race day supplies at the beach pavillion on Friday night (6/8/121) from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Chip timing will be picked up day of event.
Kelli McDermitt, Massage Therapist will be on-site race day to assist participants.
