Everyone is talking about the benefits of yoga! Enjoy yoga poses linked together in a moving series to build stamina, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. This vigorous flowing vinyasa-style yoga class, set to background music, is intended to be fun and challenging, and is suitable for the active, healthy, beginning to intermediate student. Great cross-training for TENNIS, GOLF, AND RUNNERS! This is a yoga class in which we are continuously moving, and you may break a sweat! Pose modifications are offered to accommodate various flexibility and experience levels. STUDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE EASILY FROM STANDING TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. Please bring a yoga mat, towel (bath or beach), and wear clothing that allows you to stretch and move. Registration required.
