About This Activity

Class instruction based on the Iyengar method of Hatha Yoga. This method is vigorous and emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility. A most experienced & qualified instructor, Roger has been teaching for PTC Recreation Dept. since 1986. He was the Co-Founder of Southeast Yoga Association. His teaching style is patient, direct, and practical. All levels are welcome. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat.
