A one-hour class consisting of 30-40 minutes of carefully paced cardiovascular training, combining bench stepping and low impact aerobics. This is followed by free-weight work, and floor work to create a total body workout for effective body shaping and fat burning. There will be occasional yoga sessions to emphasize symmetry and pliability, along with aerobics. Suitable for most levels from beginners to advanced. Please bring a mat for floor work. Weights and benches are provided.
