Whether you want to learn how to play the game of basketball or you want to improve your game we will customize a training program that will help you achieve your goals. We deliver year round quality basketball instructions, (lessons are offered one on one with the trainers, or in a small group setting). Our training sessions consist of conditioning, ball handling, shooting, rebounding, and all other aspects of the game of basketball. We will assess each player and determine what type of training will be most beneficial for that individual. After the assessment we will begin training the player in one of our three skill level programs, Fundamental Stage, Intermediate Stage, and Advanced Stage. Our sessions will be conducted in a 1 ½ hour time frame. The program is open to both boys and girls from middle school to college. Our staff consists of former high school, college and professional basketball players with a lot of experience and knowledge about the game of basketball.
Sessions run Saturday's and Sunday's, you can come to any and all dates for the session you sign up for.
