Try something new that is really old! Qi (chi) means energy or breath and gong (gung) means practice. Tai Chi and Qigong are related but Qigong is easier to learn. Besides increased breathing capacity, posture and balance, Qigong improves relaxation, blood pressure, circulation, flexibility, and range of motion. Basically these gentle strengthening exercises coordinate breathing with effortless movements. Qigong enhances overall health and vitality and is easily integrated into all daily activities.
