Designed for ages 18 and older who have special needs and/or mobility issues. Small class size allows for personalized exercise instruction for your specific needs. The water environment is perfect for exercise. The natural effects of buoyancy and water resistance allow for greater range of motion with minimal stress on the joints and spine. If you have difficulty walking on land, you can walk in the water with no fear of falling! Chair lift is available for entry and exit of the pool. Take class once a week or three times per week.
