A fun, energizing, movement education program that develops your child's strength, speed, agility and fitness. Each session consists of a fun Monkeynastix warm-up song, followed by stretching and locomotion then one main activity each week (balance beam, trampoline, ball skills, floor work, etc.). Children receivea term specific T-shirt, camp, or Workbook upon registration, as well as a Monkeynastix handout after each class!
