KidFit Tumbling will teach the proper technique and safety of tumbling moves. Focus will be placed on learning the appropriate way to execute individual moves that vary from basic to intermediate. Tumbling techniques promote balance, flexibility and strength. Our classes place an emphasis on physical activity, socialization, and fun with the goal of creating healthy lifestyle habits!
