Phoenix Afterschool Center (PAC) Afterschool Program is a school-based recreation program for children ages six (6) - 13. PAC provides age appropriate recreational and developmental activities that are fun, stimulating, and enriching.

Phoenix Afterschool Center (PAC) is an out-of-school time recreation program for school-age children throughout Phoenix. Under the supervision of professional recreation staff, youth are provided with a variety of age appropriate developmental large group activities that are fun, stimulating and enriching. Please note, some sites may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
Registration fees are based on USDA Free and Reduced Lunch rates and are subject to change after July 1 based on the March 201 USDA qualifying rates report.
Any participant registered that does not meet the minimum age or grade requirements, will be removed from the program and a refund will not be issued. By registering for this course you are confirming your child meets the requirements. " This dynamic class will offer students the opportunity to learn the basics of drumming techniques, the ins and outs of the instrument, and the difference between playing in a drum line and a rock band! Students will get a taste of drum kit, hand percussion and hand drumming as well. Students will be required to bring a practice pad and a set of sticks for class sessions. Participants will learn the basic skills of soccer, tee ball, basketball, and others while improving their coordination in a group setting." Exposure to cheerleading fundamentals. Includes all the components of cheer and dance including basic stunting, cheers, chants, dance steps and tumbling appropriate for age group. Students should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes as they willl be moving around a lot. This class will be held outdoors.
