Ages 13 and up. Kettlebell training is one of the most effective total body workouts you can do, it combines strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training in one workout using your body and a kettlebell. We will start with the basics then move into some more advanced exercises, so whether you are a beginner or have been using kettlebells for some time, there is something for everyone.
Cost of class ranges from $40 to $60.
