Beginners to experienced players will develop skills in each position regardless of skill level. Coaches will emphasize proper in-game decision making. With a player-to-coach ratio of approximately 10:1, personalized, professional coaching is assured. Our experienced coaches include John Combs, former Head Coach of the Chicago Machine; Steve Brooks, former Chicago Machine player and 2008 NCAA Champion; and Justin Porter, a 2008 MLL Champion with the Rochester Rattlers. First Stick Clinics cater specifically to players who are newer to the game of lacrosse. Players will be introduced to the sport by Team ONE Staff through slower-paced drills and concentrated technique instruction to cement their lacrosse foundation. To ensure maximum skill development for participants, coach-to-player ratios will be professionally maintained at no less than 10:1. Players must supply a lacrosse helmet, gloves and stick.
