This class is based upon the Joseph Pilates method, who was the creator of Pilates. Pilates focuses on the core of your body, as well as strengthens your lower back and improves your posture. The class is designed for both beginning and advanced students, so if you are new to Pilates, I will teach you the basics as well as modifications, and if you are an experienced Pilates student, I will challenge you with difficult exercises! This is an excellent class for those looking to strengthen their abs and glutes as well as achieve an overall stronger core. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
