Beginning hikes approximately 3-5 miles; Intermediate hikes approximately 5-7 miles. Get your exercise, on the trail, in the company of other dynamic women like yourself and with the guidance of an experienced hike leader. Designed for women who are new to hiking. Get pointers on clothing, equipment, nutrition and an introduction to some of the beautiful trails close to home. Hikes are 3-4 miles on easy trails. Experience a new park each week.
